Your sessions can include: Strength training, Circuit training, HIIT, Running, Walking, Kettlebells, Barre, Bellydance, Yoga, Myofascial release etc.
How it works
Bespoke personal training programming is available as a monthly membership
Upon registration you will receive an in-depth questionnaire as part of the screening process.
You will agree upon a convenient virtual session time/date with your trainer. We will aim for a regular fixed session each week to promote routine, consistency and commitment.
You will receive a 7 day food diary and instructions on how to complete it.
Your first session will be 90 minutes to include a face-to-face screening to analyse your posture and breathing pattern, we will then discuss your goals, initiate your fitness testing, take body measurements, photos and cover some foundation core connection, movement and exercise technique.
You will enjoy weekly 1 hour bespoke live online personal training sessions (via Zoom) to rehabilitate and/or retrain your body and achieve your goals.
You will also receive a bespoke exercise programme containing varied and exciting workouts aligned with your goals. This will include workouts to do at home between your PT sessions
You will receive bespoke holistic wellness advice with practical strategies to optimise your lifestyle and support your goals and agreed homework assignments to keep you progressing each week.
