Diastasis Recti diagnosis (not prenatal)

Progressive Strength, Stamina & Flexibility programming (regressive /maintenance for prenatal)

How it works
Bespoke group personal training programming is available as a monthly membership pack
Upon registration you will receive an in-depth questionnaire as part of the screening process.
Your first session will include a face-to-face screening to analyse your posture, breathing pattern and cover some basic core connection, movement and exercise technique.
You will then receive a bespoke exercise programme containing varied and exciting workouts aligned with your goals.
You will take part in small group personal training sessions to rehabilitate your body and achieve your goals.
You will receive holistic wellness advice with practical strategies to optimise your lifestyle and support your goals.
Support outside of the classroom via a membership site.
Your Instructor is here to help and support you. If you have any questions please get in touch online. If you have any special considerations please ensure that you disclose them as soon as possible to your instructor.
