Then this face-to-face perimenopause group exercise class is for you!

This metabolic circuit training class provides a truly holistic experience for perimenopausal women. Each class is designed using the most effective strategies to get results whilst providing safe and effective full body conditioning via strength, agility, balance and cardiovascular exercises. We also include some mind-body exercises to promote your cognitive resilience and keep your brain sharp.


This is a mixed level class as all exercises have options for modifications: progression, regression and low impact variations. You choose your level of intensity so that you work at the level that suits your current condition, level of fitness and experience.
