Then this 6 week course is for you!


In this beginners/freshers course you will learn the beautiful art of bellydance in an inclusive and supportive environment whilst enjoying the restorative benefits of dance, movement and music.

The 6 weeks of face-to-face classes will be supported by 6 weeks of drip-fed dance vocabulary technique videos which will be delivered to you on a weekly basis so that you have the option to also practise at home. You will have access to over 40 videos in total by the end of the course.

This class will teach you the fundamental dance vocabulary via drill segments, fun combinations and improvisation.

Whether you are a new to bellydance or have previous experience you will refine your technique, whilst being challenged to develop and enjoy the restorative benefits of dance.

If you enjoy dance and want to have fun learning this mesmerising art form whilst also improving your posture and strengthening your core arms, legs and feet, then this class is for you.

Warm-up & mobilisation routine

Technique drills

Choreography combinations


Stretch & release

Technique is broken down so that it is easy to learn, hence no previous experience is necessary.

Please wear form fitting clothes and be prepared to exercise barefoot, dance slippers or in pilates/yoga socks.
